The first hill went well started off fast and coasted through. However, the rest were terrible. I tried focusing on form and cycling through but I couldnt, so I wasnt able to finish the workout.

I went to the hill by NEU, and did the 5 there, plus 2x bounding half way up. The firet 2 were all out, and the third was pretty hard i think. The last two i was pushing, but they weren't as fast as the first 2 by any means. I was definately tired by the end, but i should be ok come pre-season.
